Innovative Systems Group

Innovative Systems Group in Chicago is seeking an early careers recruiter assistant to support the recruiting cycle on a W2 basis. You will assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing scheduling to help fill entry-level roles. You will contribute to campus recruiting activities, including career fairs, information sessions, and university partner outreach, while preparing program materials such as handbooks and offer letters.
