Hours of work: Sun, Mon 8:00am-4.30pm Tues 8:00am-2.30pm Wed 1:30-8:00pm We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor Interact with customers and address their concerns Upload events onto our crime reporting platform. Expiry Checks throughout our grocery department All other duties requested of you Experience in a customer‑facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Some previous security experience is a requirement of this role. Ideally, you will have good communication skills, Computer skills and the ability to input data with ease and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods. Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de‑escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
