Position Overview We are seeking a highly creative and conceptually driven Experiential Designer to elevate brand experiences through innovative spatial design, visual storytelling, and cutting‑edge technology. From immersive pop‑ups and brand activations to live events and installations, you will translate strategic concepts into impactful physical environments that captivate audiences and foster meaningful connections. You will work closely with producers and creative teams to shape aesthetics, functionality, and feasibility, bringing next‑level experiential designs to life. The ideal candidate possesses strong visualization skills, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of fabrication, materials, and lighting. If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat! What You'll Do: Conceptualize and design immersive brand environments and installations aligned with client goals and creative strategies. Develop mood boards, sketches, detailed visual presentations, and impactful visual decks using tools like Canva, Google Slides, and other AI‑powered platforms. Create scaled CAD floorplans and conduct site visits to ensure accurate, full‑scale drawings and spatial accuracy. Utilize AI tools such as Midjourney, Krea, and others for conceptual development and ideation. Produce high quality 3D renderings and visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Collaborate with internal teams to translate creative briefs into logistically feasible, compelling spatial solutions. Understand build materials, offering insights into their use for both short‑term impact and long‑term durability, with a keen understanding of fabrication and budget considerations. Apply knowledge of lighting design principles to enhance spatial ambiance, understanding what works effectively in experiential environments. Stay current with design trends, new materials, and innovative technologies to push creative boundaries. Time Smart: You manage and prioritize multiple deadlines with ease and thrive in fast paced environments. Experience You Bring: BA or BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or related fields. 4+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or environmental design. Strong proficiency in design and visualization software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and rendering programs. Experience creating impactful visual decks using Canva, Google Slides, and AI tools. Proven ability to produce scaled CAD floorplans and detailed renderings. Experience using G‑Suite, Keynote, Slack and Canvas. Ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to clients and internal teams. Additional Requirements: Must submit a portfolio or samples of relevant work to be considered. Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours based on event schedules. Must have a personal vehicle for occasional local travel – mileage compensation provided. A valid driver’s license. Pay: $90,000 - $110,000 per year Location: Beautiful office in the heart of LA, right next to The Grove. Time Off: Unlimited PTO to ensure you stay refreshed and inspired.
