Line Operations Inspector II

Here’s The Role Join our ambitious team at the Lower Colorado River Authority as a Line Inspector! You will play a meaningful role in maintaining the imperative reliability of our transmission power systems. Based in Austin, you will inspect our lines, respond to outages and perform scheduled patrols across our Central region! How You’ll Contribute Inspect transmission lines and rights-of-way (ROW) to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Respond promptly to outages, resolving cause and implementing solutions to restore service. Carry out routine minor upkeep on transmission line electrical equipment and ROW facilities. Strictly adhere to maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure magnificent operation of transmission systems. Collaborate with team members to successfully complete maintenance strategies and improvements. How You’re Qualified Three or more years of experience in the maintenance, operation or construction of transmission line equipment and facilities or relevant experience. Driver's license How You’ll Stand Out Validated history of outstanding achievement in transmission line maintenance. Certifications in electrical systems or maintenance. Strong analytical skills to challenge and solve sophisticated issues efficiently. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team.
