Documentation expectations: Complete medical record documentation in a clear, concise, accurate and timely manner per clinic policies and payer requirements. Safety and compliance: Follow clinic safety standards, safe patient handling, infectious disease procedures, and organizational code of conduct. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including evaluation, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans and functional goal setting. Demonstrated competency with 60‑minute evaluations and one‑on‑one treatment sessions preferred. Ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with clinic and payer guidelines. Experience supervising or mentoring students preferred. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and comply with state practice act and continuing education requirements.
