Remote Account Representative

To support patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, the full-time Remote Account Representative will engage in inbound and outbound calls, provide payment options, and document interactions while working from home. Key responsibilities Assist patients in understanding their accounts and finding appropriate solutions Offer various payment options, including full balance payments and payment plans Maintain accurate documentation of all interactions in the system while meeting performance goals Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in a call center, customer service, billing, or collections Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred Ability to build trust and handle sensitive conversations effectively A reliable and detail-oriented work style Must reside in specific states including FL, GA, MO, NE, NC, SC, TN, or VA
