Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' mental health challenges, ensuring that accurate diagnoses are established to guide treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is particularly focused on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, teenagers, and families. We are seeking clinicians who are passionate about advocating for marginalized communities, including clients of color and those from the LGBTQIA+ spectrum. Your ability to connect and empathize with clients from various backgrounds will greatly enhance their treatment experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid LMFT license issued by the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of full-time experience in counseling, demonstrating a breadth of knowledge in mental health treatment.

• Experience working with couples, children, teens, or families, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
