Position Summary:
The Clinic Manager oversees daily operations, staff performance, patient flow, and administrative functions to ensure smooth, highquality pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinic operations and staff scheduling, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and established workflows
Provide confident, accountable leadership with the ability to delegate effectively and uphold standards consistently, including addressing performance or attendance issues in accordance with company guidelines
Ensure efficient patient flow for well visits, vaccines, and sick visits
Lead, train, and evaluate clinical and frontoffice staff
Maintain a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment
Address patient concerns promptly and with empathy
Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational needs
Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, and infectioncontrol compliance
Oversee vaccine storage, documentation, and reporting
Support credentialing, audits, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
3+ years of medical office or clinic management (pediatrics preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with EHRs, scheduling, and insurance workflows
Certified Medical Assistant is a plus
Ability to manage a fastpaced environment
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
