- Assist occupational therapists in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of occupational therapy treatment programs
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement and modify occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and equipment, to meet patients' unique needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Document patients' progress and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, promoting a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff
