Senior Mechanical Engineer

An established employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to support and lead diverse MEP projects across Florida and nationwide.

Responsibilities:

Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems
Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects
Mentor junior engineering staff
Collaborate with clients and project teams
Support business development and client growth initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
8+ years of MEP design experience
Florida P.E. license required
Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
Project management experience preferred
