Duties

• Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently
• Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and QuickBooks accounting software
• Maintain organized filing systems for confidential documents and office records
• Support office management activities including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
• Help organize and set up for various events
• Scheduling management
• Inventory management
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette

Requirements

• Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Excellent computer literacy, data entry accuracy, and typing skills
• Prior experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
