You will partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, Legal, and international teams to establish operating models and technology investments that improve seller performance, customer satisfaction, and Marketplace integrity.About the team:Marketplace Seller Fulfillment Solutions (SFS) provides customers a broad assortment of selection from third party sellers who fulfill on their own. SFS spans across multiple functional areas to achieve this excellence including pre purchase, post purchase, and returns.What you'll do: Define the long-term vision and enterprise strategy for returns, refunds, cancellations, fraud prevention, and transaction experiences. Influence executive leaders and align cross-functional organizations to deliver scalable reverse logistics and trust initiatives. Shape strategic investments using customer insights, market trends, risk analysis, and business strategy. Establish enterprise operating models and governance that improve customer satisfaction, seller trust, and operational efficiency. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on Marketplace trust, policy, and reverse logistics strategy. What you'll bring: Proven success defining enterprise strategy and leading transformational initiatives in eCommerce, reverse logistics, customer experience, risk, or cancellations. Exceptional executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership across complex organizations. Strong analytical, financial, and strategic acumen with experience evaluating business and investment tradeoffs. Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise alignment across global teams and external partners through influence. Deep understanding of Marketplace trust, returns strategy, risk management, and customer experience.
