Quick Job Details:

Setting: Concierge-style outpatient Primary Care practice within a multi-specialty healthcare group

Schedule: Full-time

Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Volume: Approximately 7–10 patients per day

Job Requirements: MD/DO, Board Certified (Board Eligible not accepted) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine , active or eligible Florida medical license and DEA registration, 5–10 years of post-training clinical experience preferred , strong clinical and diagnostic skills, experience or comfort with telehealth consultations, experience with Athena EMR preferred, excellent communication and patient engagement skills, ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, commitment to quality care and continuous improvement, willingness to supervise clinical staff or learners as needed.

Compensation: $350,000 guaranteed base salary for Year 1 , transitioning to a productivity model (45% of collections ) beginning in Year 2.

Additional Highlights:

Location: Boca Raton, FL

Start Date: Approximately 90–120 days (credentialing required before start)

EMR: Athena

Patient Population: Approximately 70% age 65+ and 30% age 18+

Call Schedule: No call

Support Staff: Dedicated Medical Assistant and experienced office support staff

Interview Process: Three-step interview process with practice leadership, physician leadership, and executive team

Ideal Candidate: A Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with 5–10 years of experience who is looking to continue growing their career and become a long-term member of the practice.

Practice Environment: Collaborative, physician-focused concierge practice offering the autonomy and continuity of a private practice model without the administrative responsibilities of managing HR, billing, recruiting, or operations, allowing providers to focus on delivering highly personalized patient care.
