UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a fast-growing Product and Experience team focused on transforming the customer experience for a leading distribution and services organization. This designer will play a key role in shaping digital experiences that help customers, sales teams, and operations teams efficiently manage quoting, purchasing, and service workflows across multiple business lines.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end UX design efforts across complex digital products and customer-facing experiences.

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Researchers to identify user needs and translate them into intuitive solutions.

• Conduct and synthesize user research findings to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Design and optimize experiences related to customer quoting, quote management, service delivery, and sales enablement.

• Help evolve and scale a growing design system and UX practice.

• Collaborate on AI-enabled design workflows, leveraging tools that accelerate ideation, prototyping, and experience design.

• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Advocate for user-centered design while remaining adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of UX Design experience, with strong preference for 7+ years.

• Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, customer portals, or complex workflow-based products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology and business impact.

• Proficiency with modern UX design and prototyping tools.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams in Agile environments.

• Ability to work independently and drive projects from discovery through delivery.

• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience utilizing AI tools as part of the design process, including prompt-to-prototype workflows.

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies.

• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable designs.

• Background working in high-growth or rapidly changing product organizations.

• Experience contributing to or building design systems.
