About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry Duration: 18 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months in Med/Surg Telemetry required. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand. Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS required. Must-Have: - A reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required. - References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. - Required certifications must be active and in hand at the time of submission. - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start date. - All other travelers must be nicotine-free. Description: This position offers an auto-offer for a contract of 18 weeks. The role involves working three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates must possess a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. A reference from a supervisor in the relevant specialty is mandatory for submission. Certifications, including BLS and ACLS, must be current and available. Candidates with any background check issues will not be accepted. Travelers are expected to complete a rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation. Compliance with annual competency requirements is a must. Candidates are subject to a 6-month break period after the contract ends. All travelers must complete required modules pre-start and annually. This position is non-smoking. Those with an open case will not be considered.
