Job Description
As a Housekeeping Cleaner, you will deliver routine and special cleaning services throughout the community, contributing to a progressive customer service culture. Your work will support the mission to empower people to lead meaningful lives as they age and embrace aging as an opportunity to thrive.
Responsibilities

• Champion the culture by ingraining the mission, vision, and core values into all aspects of your role.
• Actively participate in the department's standard training program to enhance your skills.
• Offer residents an inviting experience rather than a mere service.
• Engage with residents, guests, and co-workers graciously, attentively, and courteously.
• Provide routine housekeeping services for guests and residents of the community.
• Perform special housekeeping duties and deep cleanings of resident apartments.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and act calmly during emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills in operating housekeeping equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of green cleaning solutions, chemicals, and pertinent cleaning supplies.
• Ability to read and understand labels.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davis, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
