Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. #commercialbankingIn this role, you will:Participate in performing financial research, underwriting, and structuring of highly complex Agribusiness relationships within Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional areaReview and research business financial statements and tax returns that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factorsResolve moderately complex issues in conjunction with functional Commercial Banking Portfolio Management team, to meet project deliverables, while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with Commercial Banking Portfolio Management peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsLead projects and teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced individualsRequired Qualifications:4+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience managing moderate to complex credit portfolio including independent underwriting and providing coaching/mentoring of junior team members providing supportExperience underwriting agribusiness, production agriculture, or related career experienceExperience underwriting commodities with understanding of hedging practices.Experience in Excel, specifically financial and projection modelingExperience utilizing AI to conduct research and compile data and presentationsCandidate that excels in team environmentJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship This position requires 4 days in office, 1 day remoteThis position offers a hybrid work schedule Specific compliance policy may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
