Advanced Practice Provider - Family Medicine

Job Overview Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work part-time at FPN Carmel Family Medicine in Carmel, Indiana. Candidate Qualifications Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and build long‑lasting relationships with patients. The APP will work collaboratively with existing medical staff to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.
