In this role, you will: Teach and support nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings Create an engaging and positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to grow Help students connect real-life nursing experience to patient care and clinical decision-making Use different teaching methods to support various learning styles Collaborate with fellow educators to continuously improve the program and student outcomes Play an important role in shaping the future of healthcare through education and mentorship Requirements. Registered Nurse licensed in CA (unencumbered) Master's Degree in Nursing (required) 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in past 1+ year of preceptor, tutoring, mentoring, or teaching experience (preferred) Must be flexible to cover for evenings/night shift (clinical rotations) Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
