Server Assistant
Join our dynamic team as a Server Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. In this fast-paced and collaborative environment, you'll support our servers by ensuring tables are promptly set, cleared, and organized, while assisting with guest needs. Your attention to detail and passion for excellent service will contribute to creating memorable moments for our guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests promptly.
- Refill water glasses and other beverages as needed.
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests depart.
- Ensure dining areas are clean and well-organized at all times.
- Assist in restocking server stations with necessary supplies.
- Support servers in managing guest requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events.
- Communicate effectively with team members to enhance guest experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist others.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
