- Maintain strong show rates
- Primary Goal: Book high-quality consultations that show up and convert
- Outbound call center experience preferred
- Comfortable in high-volume dialing
- Strong communication skills
- Persuasive but professional
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Evening (until 9 pm) & weekend availability required
- Bilingual a plus!
