Project Manager For Sap ImplementationJoin a big biopharma leader as a project manager overseeing an SAP implementation for life sciences/pharma. This role collaborates directly with business and technical stakeholders to manage end-to-end project delivery, focusing on project tracking, documentation, and successful execution. The position requires extensive experience in project management, SAP or enterprise solutions, and a background in the life science/pharma sector.Location: Remote - Thousand Oaks, CAEmployment Type: Contingent Worker (Contract, W2)Contract Length: 5 months (possible extension)Compensation: $67/$76 per hour (based on experience)Collaborate with stakeholders to define and align on project deliverablesDevelop frameworks and mechanisms for tracking business and technical progressTranslate project plans into actionable business and technology prioritiesEnsure timely execution and completion of all deliverablesOversee testing milestones, including data verification and test scenario completionAssist in drafting user stories, test scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Maintain traceability matrices and requirement logsSupport cut-over and transition strategiesAttend workstream and PMO meetings to capture action items and follow up on dependenciesMaintain dashboards and trackers to monitor deliverable progress8-10 years of experience in project or program management, ideally managing technology implementation projectsExperience with SAP or similar enterprise software platformsBackground in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry8-10 years' project/program management experience, particularly in technology implementationsSAP or enterprise software expertiseProven life science or pharma industry backgroundManage project deliverables and coordinate with critical stakeholdersTranslate project management plan into concrete priorities and actionsTrack data verification and testing activities from a project management perspectiveSupport documentation updates and maintain traceability throughout the projectParticipate in meetings, follow up on actions, and continuously monitor project statusThis posting is for contingent worker, not an FTE
