You'll prep, cook, and plate dishes that keep our guests coming back-whether they're here to eat, drink, or tee off on one of our indoor golf simulators. Your day-to-day includes: Cooking a wide range of menu items to spec using ovens, grills, fryers, and more Following recipes and portioning standards with precision Executing plate presentation and garnish standards for every dish Upholding food safety and sanitation protocols at all times Communicating with FOH staff to deliver timely, consistent orders Assisting with kitchen opening/closing procedures and dish station as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen space What We're Looking For You're passionate, reliable, and ready to bring your A-game every shift. You work well under pressure, stay organized, and take pride in delivering high-quality food in a team-oriented environment.
