F&M Trust is looking to hire a Financial Services Representative (FSR) at our Carlisle Crossing Office. As an FSR, one will service current and new customers of the bank in our recently renovated office that now uses cash recyclers. This individual will provide exceptional customer service while performing a wide array of transactions for our consumer and business customers. Additionally, this individual will recommend bank products and services that will benefit our customers. If not knowing bank products and services scares you, don't worry, we'll train you on product knowledge. And do you know what is even more exciting? This full-time financial services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Desire to excel in a sales and service environment
• Openness to training and development opportunities
• Communicates in a professional and courteous manner

• Outgoing personality
• Previous customer service, sales, and/or cash handling experience is preferred, but not required

The Team:

• At the Carlisle Crossing Office, the full team consists of a Community Office Manager who oversees a cluster of offices (Carlisle Crossing and Boiling Springs), an Assistant Community Office Manager who oversees a cluster of offices (Carlisle Crossing and Boiling Springs), Lead Financial Services Representative, 1 part-time FSR and 1 other full-time FSR beyond this position. This Carlisle Crossing team will also work closely with the Boiling Springs team on an ongoing basis.
