Project Administrator

Title: Project Administrator Pay: $20.00-$24.00/hr., DOE Length: Temp opportunity assisting from September to March Location: Stafford, TX Position Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our project management team in a fast-paced mechanical contracting environment. This role is responsible for keeping projects organized by managing documentation, coordinating communication, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Support Project Managers throughout all phases of commercial mechanical construction projects. Prepare and maintain project documents, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and closeout documents. *** HEAVY PO tasks. Track project schedules, deadlines, and required paperwork. Coordinate communication between project managers, field staff, vendors, subcontractors, and customers. Process invoices and maintain accurate project records. Assist with material orders, job setup, and project closeout documentation. Perform general administrative and office support as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of administrative experience; construction industry experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with construction management software is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
