Contract Details

Requirements

• Active HHA, STNA, CNA, or PCA certification/experience
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or homecare experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Ability to meet onboarding and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans

Employment Type: PRN / Part-Time / Full-Time

Setting: Home Health / Patient Homes

Schedule: Flexible based on client needs

Shift Options: Days, Afternoons, Evenings

Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: W2 Employee

Requirements

• STNA certification, HHA certification, or relevant caregiving experience preferred

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of caregiving experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and dependable demeanor

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to travel throughout the Huron County service area

• Ability to pass background screening and drug screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance to clients in their homes

• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support meal preparation and feeding as needed

• Provide companionship and promote socialization

• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary home environment

• Observe and report changes in client condition
