Administrative Assistant - Level 2

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Administrative Assistant - Level 2 with our commercial real estate client in Tiffin, OH. This is a 2-month contract with a potential for extension.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.

Schedule: M-F 7-3:30 | Onsite

Description: As a Facilities Specialist, you'll oversee team activities that coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete.

Team Overview:

• Have a maintenance team - 2 techs
• Small team

Resource's typical working day:

• All of their procurement ordering
• If they need supplies, they will be ordering supplies
• If they need service from a 3rd party contractor, they will create a work order and that will create the PO that will go to the vendor
• They will use MyBuy, Service insight
• Entering work orders
• Supporting another site as well but supporting them remotely

Must Have Skills:

• Good administrative skills, typing, filing, being able to scan an email
• Attention to detail
• Good attitude good administrative skills

Nice to have skills:

• If they have hospital or healthcare setting experience that would be a huge plus, experience with joint commission
• Experience with MyBuy

Years of Experience:

• Pretty open when it comes to experience, 5 years of admin experience would be ideal

Education:

• Open to High School Diploma

Software skills:

• Experience with MS Office Suite, they utilize MS Teams, Powerpoint, Excel

Years of Experience:

• 2-4 years
