Field Sales Representative

What You’ll Do You will be the face of TruGreen, engaging with homeowners face‑to‑face to understand their needs. Building trust and satisfaction by connecting, educating and earning their business. Engaging new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and good vibes. Customizing sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn care needs. Turning “just looking” into “just signed” with proven sales methodology and processes. Logging interactions and tracking performance using a CRM to measure activity and follow‑through. Cross‑selling and upselling with precision to show customers how to upgrade their lawns. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged). Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even further. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication chops, whether it’s small talk or closing talk. Solid time‑management skills and a self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors. Perks & Benefits Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions. Average income is $875–$1,200 per week.
