Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the electronics industry, is seeking an Electrical Assembler to join their team. As an Electrical Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and testing of electronic components. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pearland, TX

Pay Range: $19-$21

What's the Job?

• Build finished products or sub-assemblies using work instructions, drawings, and verbal guidance.
• Assemble electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical components requiring fitting, adjusting, drilling, tapping, crimping, cutting, and fabricating.
• Solder through-hole and surface mount components on PCBs and prepare components for fabrication.
• Perform subassembly testing using digital multi-meters, loop calibrators, power supplies, and testing devices.
• Conduct simple troubleshooting of subassemblies and perform final assembly before inspection.

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings.
• Basic understanding of electrical components and assembly processes.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
