Day to Day
National Account Managers at Indeed help the top organizations more e?ectively manage their online recruitment strategy. As a direct sales representative, you will advocate Job Search technology to prominent companies. You will promote the inventive power of our products to make organizations more
productive, synergetic, and mobile. Your sales drive and knowledge of Indeed will help more organizations engage with great people. We o?er continual, comprehensive training and skills-based o?erings to keep your sales techniques up-to-date and e?ective.
Responsibilities
Accountable for selling Indeed's products or services, developing new accounts, and expanding existing accounts
Sell pay for performance services to Fortune 1000 organizations and sta?ng or recruiting agencies
Sell Pay-per-Started-Application (PPSA) service to enterprise customers. This includes our Pay-for-Performance-Modell, while also placing a greater focus on the talent pool.
Assigned to large, complex, high-visibility, and strategic accounts
Conduct face-to-face meetings including presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations over the phone
Identify revenue opportunities within an entire client organization
Examine and use data for in-depth evaluation of accounts to recognize revenue opportunities and drive sales
Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to become industry authority
Skills/Competencies
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
Experience in an enterprise field sales environment, practicing both educating clients and e?ciently closing deals.
Demonstrates success in building and growing new accounts and territories
Solid hunter mentality and experience with winning new business in the enterprise segment.
Knows how to strategically and e?ectively navigate large, complex enterprise organizations utilizing consultative and solution-based selling.
Thrives in high-pressure environments, demonstrating exceptional organization and aptitude to e?ectively prioritize accountabilities.
Expected travel is 30% of the time.
Demonstrates fluency in written, verbal and presentation communication.

Tier 2 - United States of America 86,000 - 129,000 USD per year

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets.
