We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist eager to become part of a vibrant and expanding practice in Texas. We invite you to join us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, including various options for gynecological surgeries.
• Engage in a supportive, collaborative atmosphere dedicated to exceptional patient care and ensuring work-life balance for providers.
• Enjoy more days off compared to typical practices, with manageable on-call shifts; the OB/GYN team will provide backup call coverage for CNM hospitalists on a 1:4 schedule, supplemented by a PRN pool for vacations and extended leaves.
• Work alongside a comprehensive care team that includes LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, and other specialists to support you and your patients.
• Utilize innovative and integrated technology platforms to enhance patient engagement and streamline provider efficiency.
• Participate in continuing education as part of our program, along with an allowance for attending medical conferences.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in obstetrics/gynecology is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an OB/CNM practice, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centered approach, valuing patient preferences, shared decision-making, and a holistic perspective on care.
• Possession of an active DEA license.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.

Monthly Schedule:

• Participate in a 1:4 call rotation with CNM support (which can be combined with clinic duties on weekdays).
• Spend 2.5 days in the clinic and 1 day performing surgeries each week.
• Work in an outpatient clinic located on the hospital campus at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital in Allen, TX.
