UI/UX Designer

Shape polished graphics, interfaces, and user experiences for a remote design project that contributes real-world expertise to the training of next-generation AI systems. Your work will help improve how these systems learn, reason, and perform, with no prior AI experience required. Role Overview

This contract role focuses on raising visual and user experience standards through thoughtful, high-quality design work. You will contribute practical insight into user interaction and usability while working independently in a remote environment.

• Design compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces that meet project objectives and user needs.
• Create and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
• Use advanced typography principles to improve readability and visual consistency.
• Review design iterations, analyze outcomes, and provide precise, constructive feedback.
• Document design processes and clearly communicate design decisions in writing and conversation.
• Share authentic expertise on usability and user interaction best practices.
• Submit deliverables in line with project milestones while collaborating efficiently remotely.

• At least 5 years of professional graphic design or UI/UX design experience, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates impact.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and contemporary design tools.
• Strong command of graphic design, UI/UX design, typography, color theory, and digital-product layout design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with close attention to clarity and detail.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and iterate through complex design challenges.
• Self-directed approach suited to autonomous remote project work.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is a plus.

$30 to $80 per hour.
