UI/UX Designer for AI Training

Shape high-quality visual and user experience inputs that help train next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on elevating graphics, interfaces, usability, and design standards through practical design expertise. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling graphics, layouts, and interfaces that meet project objectives and user needs.
• Create and refine UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and design systems in Figma.
• Apply advanced typography practices to improve readability and brand consistency.
• Review design iterations, analyze outcomes, and provide precise, actionable feedback.
• Document design processes and communicate design decisions clearly in writing and conversation.
• Contribute real-world insight on user interaction and usability best practices.
• Collaborate effectively in a remote setting and submit deliverables according to project milestones.

• At least 5 years of professional graphic design or UI/UX design experience, supported by a portfolio demonstrating impact.
• Expert proficiency with Figma and contemporary design tools.
• Strong command of graphic design, UI/UX design, typography, color theory, and digital product layout.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with close attention to clarity and detail.
• Ability to give constructive feedback and iterate through complex design challenges.
• Self-directed working style suited to autonomous remote projects.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is a plus.
