Shift Leader

Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach members, and open and close the store with little supervision. Shift Leaders ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment, contributing to a welcoming experience for all guests.
