Job Description
Eager to hire a Payroll Specialist to join our team in a permanent capacity. This individual will be responsible for processing payroll for over 300 employees, including both exempt and non-exempt staff, as well as administering monthly sales bonus payouts.
The Payroll Specialist will oversee all aspects of payroll, including calculating bonuses, processing final paychecks, and handling year-end adjustments. In addition, this role may support account reconciliations, financial close activities, expense management, and various day-to-day finance functions.
The ideal candidate will have:
• An Associate’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands-on experience managing multi-state payroll processes
• Additional experience with bookkeeping or accounting is a plus
