Requirements:

• State License: NY license required in hand to submit
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience
• Travel experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Charting system: EPIC experience is a hard requirement
• Key clinical skills: ADL assistance, Mobility/transfers, Skin/wound care, Basic monitoring, Infection control, Phlebotomy

Compliance / Notes:

• Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted
• Cannot submit candidates with more than 10 days RTO
• Background policy: Reviewed case-by-case
• Return staff eligibility: 1 year
