HR Document Migration Consultant
Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization undergoing an HR systems modernization initiative, is seeking an experienced HR Document Migration Specialist for their Jersey City, New Jersey location! You'll play a crucial role in migrating HR documents from legacy PeopleSoft systems to a modern cloud platform, writing technical specifications, collaborating with senior HR leaders, and validating migration results. The ideal candidate has strong business analyst skills and broad HR functional knowledge.

Experience of the right candidate:
- Broad HR functional knowledge.
- Strong business analyst experience.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Experience with Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft.
- 12-15 years of experience.
Responsibilities of the right candidate:
- Inventory HR documents across multiple PeopleSoft installations.
- Write functional specifications for document migration.
- Run structured review sessions with HR, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders.
- Test migrated records against acceptance criteria.
