Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years LIHTC property management experience – Required
• HCCP certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance
• Leadership skills to train, motivate, and guide leasing and maintenance teams
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Entrata experience a plus)

Responsibilities
