Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Job Description

My client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting team through all aspects of the interview and hiring process. This individual will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and external search firms to help ensure a smooth and organized candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling interviews across multiple teams and stakeholders
\n
• Managing communication with candidates and external recruiting partners throughout the hiring process
\n
• Tracking candidate activity and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
\n
• Assisting with interview feedback collection and hiring process coordination
\n
• Supporting recruiting operations and helping improve internal processes where needed
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred
\n
