We’re currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Sourcer to join our team and help us find top talent to drive our business forward.
\n \nJob Overview: The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who excels at building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and implementing creative sourcing techniques to meet our recruitment needs.
\n \nKey Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage with passive and active candidates across various channels. \n
- Utilize advanced search techniques, including Boolean search and social media, to find potential candidates. \n
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. \n
- Partner with recruiters to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. \n
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. \n
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively source candidates. \n
- Foster relationships with potential candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. \n
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, or similar role in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media recruiting, and talent mapping. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates. \n
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. \n
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. \n
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sourcing metrics and reporting. \n
