JCW Group is partnering with a regional bank on a search for a Compliance Manager to lead their Compliance Department and help manage regulatory risk across federal/state banking regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the bank's comprehensive compliance program
- Track regulatory changes and translate them into policy updates
- Serve as the compliance voice to senior management and the Board
- Lead self-testing, audits, and exam prep/response
- Manage a team including Compliance Specialists and an HMDA Specialist
- 5+ years of related compliance experience
- B.S./B.A. in a related field (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of banking regulations and the ability to interpret regulatory/legal documents
- Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCM) preferred
- Proven people-management and cross-functional leadership skills
