Back of House Director Chick-fil-A Wendover Plaza | Charlotte, NC Full-Time | $45,000–$62,000 per year Benefits: Flexible Schedule Free College Education Scholarship Opportunities Paid Time Off Employer Health Insurance Contribution Meal Allowance Ongoing leadership development and hands‑on coaching from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders Uniform Allowance Discounts at multiple retailers through PerkSpot Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all daily BOH operations, ensuring excellence from open to close Build and maintain strong kitchen systems that support operational excellence Oversee inventory management, truck ordering, food cost controls, and waste reduction strategies Monitor and execute all systems related to food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and safety Recruit, train, coach, and develop Back of House leaders and team members Collaborate with leaders and team members to meet sales, CEM (Customer Experience Metrics), and labor goals Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep Qualifications: Restaurant management experience Proven leadership with ability to manage high‑performing teams Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills Knowledge of BOH operations, food safety, and customer service Ability to work full‑time with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, and weekends A servant‑hearted leader with a passion for people and excellence Preferred Qualifications: Chick‑fil‑A experience High‑volume restaurant or quick service restaurant leadership experience Experience managing inventory, food cost, and labor metrics ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain #J-18808-Ljbffr
