Membership Representative Sumter Family YMCA The Sumter Family YMCA is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Membership Representative to join our team. Position: Membership Representative Part-Time Schedule: Monday: 8:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Thursday: 10:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Rotating Saturdays (as needed): 1:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service. Answer phones and respond to member questions. Process memberships, program registrations, and payments. Assist with membership inquiries, account updates, and general administrative tasks. Promote YMCA programs, events, and membership opportunities. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Support the YMCA's mission by creating a welcoming environment for members of all ages. Qualifications Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong computer and cash-handling skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and team oriented.
