Knowledgeable, skillful and confident preparation of menu item, special, or special order. Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment Maintain equipment and facility Maintain accuracy of all food procedures and product temperatures Ensure all recipe specs are followed Requirements Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) Valid Food Handler's Certificate 2 years line cooking experience in similar environment Fundamental comprehension of operating professional kitchen equipment Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) to execute recipes Knowledge of and skill in using English measurements in volume and weight #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
