Job Description Job Description Finance Manager –Manufacturing A multinational company with a facility in the State College PA area is currently seeking a Finance Manager for a Direct Hire opportunity with their growing team. Finance Manager salaries are anticipated to be $100,000 - $135,000 annually, based on each candidate's experience and qualifications. All well-qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Qualified Finance Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: 5+ years of recent/relevant Finance or Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment. 3+ years of recent experience leading finance, accounting, or cost accounting teams is highly preferred. Strong cost accounting experience within a manufacturing operation. Working knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel. Proven leadership experience with direct reports and the ability to mentor and develop team members. Willingness to spend time on the production floor learning manufacturing processes and partnering with operations. Must be able to work onsite A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field is preferred; however, equivalent manufacturing finance and leadership experience will be strongly considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States. No H-1B sponsorship or student visas will be considered. Must be able to successfully complete standard pre-employment requirements including a background check, drug screen, and professional references.
