Bilingual Family Therapist

Health Connect America seeks a Bilingual Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide in‑home, in‑office, and community‑based counseling for children, adolescents, and families. You will complete assessments, create and implement evidence‑based treatment plans, deliver bilingual therapy, and document services accurately. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners, respond to crises, and support family stabilization.
