Senior Recruitment Consultant (180 or 360 recruitment) Construction Industry Industry Staffing & Recruiting Location Must reside in EST or CST time zone (Remote) Compensation $60k–$80k base + competitive commission structure Education Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Experience Level 2–8 years in AGENCY recruitment and account management Position Overview Green Key Resources is seeking a Recruiting Account Manager (360) to join our Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) division. This role is a hybrid of account management and recruiting, focused on building strong client partnerships while delivering top talent for construction management requisitions. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the construction industry Key Responsibilities Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth Full‑cycle recruiting of permanent commercial construction professionals, including Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and related roles Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools Parse specialized skills and qualifications for AEC resumes to match client needs Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates What We Offer Continuous training and professional development Aggressive commission structure with earning potential from $25,000–$250,000 annually Paid time off: holidays, sick leave, vacation Employee referral program Team culture: holiday parties, happy hours, outings, summer half-day Fridays, and more Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial construction recruiting experience and 2 years of account management or business development experience Strong industry knowledge with ability to discuss relevant skills and companies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven success in a fast‑paced environment with a drive to exceed goals Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Key Resources
