Marketing Assistant

To support the marketing initiatives of Silvur Insurance, the full-time Marketing Assistant will provide hands-on assistance in campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting while collaborating with the marketing team and credit union partners. Key responsibilities Assist in building and scheduling campaign content across various channels, maintaining the marketing calendar, and ensuring campaigns stay on track Support the drafting and formatting of campaign content, ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines and coordinating asset delivery to partners Organize campaign performance data and assist in maintaining dashboards to highlight trends and insights Required qualifications 0-3 years of marketing experience, including internships Hands-on experience using AI tools for drafting and editing copy or data summarization Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) Familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot or Canva is a plus
