Job Overview The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) has been a leader in treating fertility patients in Central Florida since 1985. We have an immediate opening for a qualified Phlebotomist to fill a full‑time position at our Winter Park location. This is an exciting and challenging role in a practice that continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have excellent time‑management and organizational skills and will work closely with a team of clinicians. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and enjoy a fast‑paced environment. Computer and telephone skills are required. Infertility and/or Women’s Health experience is preferred. Hours Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm with rotating Saturdays and holidays. Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy using proper technique and universal precautions. Ensure lab specimens are sent to the appropriate labs. Document patient care services utilizing daily logs, patient records, and appropriate outside laboratory forms. Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, and providing support. Education and Experience Requirements Phlebotomy diploma required; certification preferred. At least 1 year of experience performing phlebotomy. High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
