Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On Call Requirements: No Call

Certifications - certifications don’t need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
License - OR license doesn't need to be active at time of submission but must be willing to obtain
COVID vaccination - no longer required
