Product Compliance Specialist

Job Title: Product Compliance Specialist Location: Roseau or Wyoming, MN – Hybrid Duration: 12 months Contract Roseau surrounding area - ideally onsite 1-2 times per week. Wyoming surrounding area - ideally onsite 1-2 times per week, with occasional travel to Roseau. Job Description: Actively maintain product certifications for snowmobiles. Track and implement new global product regulations. Support compliance systems, process development, and other Polaris product lines as part of the product compliance team. Obtain and maintain snowmobile emissions and other product certifications, including US EPA, SSCC, Transport Canada, EU type approval, and other international certifications. Support engineering research and development activities to ensure compliance by design for new products. Plan and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to achieve timely product compliance validation, approval, and implementation. Conduct product development process (PDP) and part release system (PRS) compliance reviews. Interface with regulatory agencies and third-party certification authorities as needed. Represent Polaris as assigned on industry association technical committees to track new requirements. Maintain and support development of compliance processes and systems. Track pre-certification vehicles and engines and monitor warranty claims per applicable regulations. File required periodic regulatory agency reports. Skills, Knowledge & Education: B.S. degree in Engineering or related field Prior experience in product compliance and/or vehicle certification preferred Powersports enthusiast with vehicle systems knowledge High ethical standards and excellent research and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr BCforward
